The FLOWER CALENDAR for 2026 is now available for those who wish to donate to the service of flowers. Thank you.
At 6:30p.m. an Advent Memorial Service will be held in the Church.
This is a quiet reflective service, especially for those feeling broken or living with loss who find it hard to rejoice as we journey through Advent and approach the Christmas season.
Fellowship is available in the large hall at the close of this service.
TUESDAY – 16th DECEMBER, 2025
NEW MONKLAND COMMUNITY SONGSTERS present TOWARDS CHRISTMAS 2025 at 7:30p.m. in New Monkland Parish Church, Glenmavis. Entry is free with a donation to the Airdrie Food Bank.
WEDNESDAY –17th DECEMBER, 2025
Our last mid-week service – Delve in @ 12 for 2025 will be held today at 12 Noon. The service will be led by Rev. Alister Weighton, minister of Coatdyke Congregational Church. All Welcome.
There will be no Delve in @ 12 Services on Wednesdays 24th & 31st December. Services will resume on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

The VESTRY Time is paused over Christmas and New Year and will resume on Friday 16th January 2026 from 12 Noon – 2 :00p.m..
SUNDAY – 21st DECEMBER, 2025 – ADVENT 4
Morning Worship for Nativity Sunday begins at 11:00a.m. This service will be led by Rev. Les Brunger, Locum Minister and will include the retelling of the Nativity. There will be an opportunity for light refreshments at the close of the service. ALL WELCOME.

FOODBANK DONATIONS
Our collections for the foodbank continue – items urgently required for this week are the following - tinned soup, packet soup. snack noodles and pasta n sauce.

SATURDAY COFFEE MORNING
Our Monthly Coffee Morning held on 6th December 2025, raised a total of £150.00. Thanks to all who helped in anyway to achieve this sum. Our next Coffee Morning is on Saturday 7th February 2026 and we look forward to welcoming you back. Mairi & Irene.

In Stiches Craft Group – The Sale of Christmas goods & Novelties on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th December 2025 raised the sum of £600.00 for Church Funds. Our thanks to all who supported this event in any way.

CHRISTMAS CHARITY OFFERING
As you are aware, the Congregation support a local charity at this time of year. The Kirk Session have this year decided to support the work of St. Andrew’s Hospice.
Our offerings uplifted as part of our Christmas Eve services will be donated to the Hospice.
